I’ve known Jim for 20+ years and was very impressed when I saw him at a wedding and learned he quit drinking five years prior. Knowing that quitting alcohol was something I needed to do, I decided to ask him if he was willing to share with me how he quit and if he’d be willing to help me do it too. He said to call him the next day (when I didn’t have a drink in my hand) and he would guide me through the process. True to his word he helped me quit drinking and I am proud to say five years later, I am still sober thanks to Jim’s help. I cannot thank him enough for what he did for me but more so for my wife and kids.

Holy F%*& I was a mess. I needed help but was embarrassed to ask for it. I read his story and was like holy shit this is me, well I was still the before version of him. Drinking almost daily 50lbs overweight and in desperate need of a kick in the ass. Now after his help I will never go back! What he highlights in your life will be eye-opening. It felt really good going through the process with such an expert. It is clear this guy has been around the block himself. Jim you are the man! Sincerely Thank you!!!

First off I will be forever in debt to Jim for what he did for me. I had been looking for a way out for years but the time never seemed right. I am fortunate not to have been overweight but I drank like a fish. There never seemed to be a good time to quit every time I almost got myself there I was like oh yeah but wait there is that thing coming up that I will need to drink at (so dumb!). In our initial consultation, he said if you know you need to quit drinking, then today is the day, and he was right. I have never drank again since I started working with him. Now being on the other side of it I feel foolish but looking back will do nothing for me so I will press on (sober of course). Much respect!

Life-changing process!! I think there is a good chance I would’ve ended up dead without Jim’s help. Not kidding. The clarity I now feel is nothing short of amazing. I am no longer a drinker (identity shift) and have already lost 30lbs!!! This dude is stud if you have a bad habit or two you need to get out of your life and replace them with good ones he is the man. Eternally grateful to you brother.

Why I Decided Alcohol Wasn’t For Me Anymore

I want it…no, I need it…NO, I deserve it! Yeah, that’s it, I deserve it. Well, at least those were…

Why I Wrote Unaddicted

Where do I even start… Let me start with this, I definitely didn’t write this to try to convince anyone…

"I'm realizing, a real act of forgiveness for myself for all the choices that I've made that I'm not proud of, that I value those missteps, because they led to some wisdom, which led to something else. You can't have one without the other. I see it as something I'm just now getting my arms around at this time in my life"
