IN OTHER WORDS…

I’m only here because I’ve done this myself. I’ve been down this road and have the experience, skills, qualifications, know-how, and verifiable history to back it up. I didn’t use a psychologist to learn what I teach. I learned it by my freedom of choice, life experience, grit, willpower, and freewill. Just like you can if you choose to. That being said, it’s important to note that I am not a licensed psychologist or health care professional, and my services don’t replace the care of psychologists or other healthcare professionals. This was the only part of writing this book that I didn’t like…with that comes the standard (lawyer required) disclaimer that, no, I cannot actually guarantee the outcome of our coaching efforts and/or recommendations on my website or coaching services, consulting sessions, reading my blog, guidelines, handouts, e-books, email series or and my comments about the outcome are expressions of (my very real) opinion only. I can guarantee you this, however: I will do my best to coach you, and I’ll do everything in my power to help you. At the end of the day, it’s up to you to make this happen or not. I’m just here to kick your ass in the right direction.

Why I Decided Alcohol Wasn’t For Me Anymore

I want it…no, I need it…NO, I deserve it! Yeah, that’s it, I deserve it. Well, at least those were…

Why I Wrote Unaddicted

Where do I even start… Let me start with this, I definitely didn’t write this to try to convince anyone…

"I'm realizing, a real act of forgiveness for myself for all the choices that I've made that I'm not proud of, that I value those missteps, because they led to some wisdom, which led to something else. You can't have one without the other. I see it as something I'm just now getting my arms around at this time in my life"
